Installation at Kala Ghoda Art Festival 2010

Intended to be temporary so as to last for the 3 days of the festival, the installation was fabricated from corrugated sheets without using adhesives or connectors, thus being entirely dismantle able.

Designed as an adaptive terrain which responded to the exhibits, visitors and light, it developed a contoured form which rises and falls as well as twists to created seating and constant shadows. Located in the center of the festival plaza, the installation was designed to seat visitors from where they view other works and soak in the festive spirit around. The layered design and use of dual-colored corrugated sheets, causes the exhibit to shift color and appearance from different sides.
